1. Highly visible Frontage/signage
2. High student flow area.
3. Premises approved for commercial use.
4. Adequate Electricity and water provision.
5. Toilet facility for staff and students.
6. Long lease period (Minimum 5 Years)
7. Interior space opens with minimum pillars for best utilization.

Space required for center 800 -1200 sq feet.

3. Computer /Other Lab.
4. Library
5. Wash Room/Toilet
Furniture & fixture:
1. Computer Table.
